Be ready to move in these vigorous, but accessible yoga classes. Learn yoga postures from the ground up and how to incorporate them into a breath-to-movement sequence. All levels will benefit. Please bring mats and towels for all participants. The class will begin promptly at the scheduled time so please arrive at least 5 minutes early to sign our waiver and get settled.
