Today's program will focus on relaxing through restorative yoga and deep breathing. We'll also work with exercises that may help with brain-balance, memory, and depression.  Use a yoga mat or blanket or sit in a chair and, if possible, practice in a clear space near a wall. Shakta Khalsa is an E-RYT 500, the highest level designation by Yoga Alliance. Her latest book is Yoga for Women: Wellness and Vitality at Every Stage of Life. Use this link to watch the program.
