Instructor Sharon Crowell helps you welcome spring with a series of slow and relaxed movements, specifically designed to help mind and body move into the season. Based on the principles of Chinese medicine, qigong can be done from a seated position so it's a great exercise to do at a desk or for those with mobility challenges.
