In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, pick up supplies to make a seatbelt covering or a heart pillow for people who have had a mastectomy. They will be donated to Inova. Please return the completed items to the Sterling Library by Wednesday, October 25th. 

Donate last year's gently used Halloween costume, or swap it out with another from our selection, all free of charge! Costume Swap runs from Oct. 1-Oct. 31. Donations accepted in the Teen Center starting Monday, Sept. 18.

Every October when the wind starts to blow and Halloween is just around the corner artists participate in an inky drawing positive contest called Inktober. Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a flamenco performance.
